Confirmation
Following your booking, we'll send a confirmation email and inquire if you may be needing an early check-in.

Preparation For Arrival
As your arrival date nears, we'll stay in touch to ensure you have everything you need. We're committed to making your check-in process seamless, with a well-prepared and spotless cabin.

During Your Stay
Throughout your visit, we're here for any assistance or recommendations you may need. After departure, we'll reach out for your valuable feedback to continually enhance our guests' experience.
Please Review
By submitting your reservation you are confirming that you are 25 years old or older and that all of the guests are either 25 years or older, or any who are under 25 are with their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
TRUVI insurance is also required. They offer 2 options. You may opt in for a $500.00 damage waiver for a $35.00 non-refundable fee or elect for a $500.00 hold on your credit card for a $10.00 non-refundable fee.
Please review and accept house rules prior to checkin. Additionally, We may require a simple lease agreement to be signed prior to check-in.
Our standard check-in time is at 4:00 P.M.
If you wish to request an early check-in, please contact us in advance, we may be able to arrange that for an additional fee.
You will receive an email within 48 hours of check-in providing directions, self check in instructions, wi-fi login credentials and digital guestbook.
Please notify us immediately if anything needs attention to make your stay more pleasant.
Check-In Information
Our standard checkout time is at 11:00 AM.
If you wish to request a late checkout, please contact us in advance, we may be able to arrange that for you for an additional fee.
Strip beds, start laundry
Place used towels in the shower
Load & run the dishwasher
Remove all bagged trash to receptacle located in the shed
Set thermostat to 68 degrees in the winter, 75 degrees in spring and summer, turn off all lights & fans
Lock all doors & windows
Close the gate, close and latch the hot tub lid
Log out of all streaming services
Double check property for your personal effects, we are not responsible for items left behind
ATTENTION PET OWNERS
To help us keep cleaning fees low — and continue welcoming our four-legged guests — we kindly ask that you:
Pick up after your dogs
Vacuum any pet hair
Wipe up paw prints from floors, doors, and furniture using our black dog towels
Our cleaning fee covers a standard turnover, and your help with pet-related cleanup makes a big difference. Thank you so much for being a respectful guest — we truly appreciate it!
